Thank you for shopping with Grappo Sports USA. We are committed to delivering high-quality combat sports and martial arts equipment. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy applies to all customers worldwide unless otherwise stated.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below. After 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Sale items and clearance products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (including custom-branded, embroidered, or sublimated items)
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at:
Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product following our return process and place a new order separately.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
- The wrong size or color
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at GRAPPOSPORTSUSA@GMAIL.COM including clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or refund at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank for further details

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns with a value over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Customized Products
All custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
